Lameck Soko was born on 7th April,
1975 in the City of Blantyre at Queen
Elizabeth Central Hospital (Q.E.C.H)
He is from Semion Mvula Village, T / A Mbelwa V, in Mzimba.
He is the 8th born son in the family of 11 children. He was brought up in a christian environment together with his siblings.
He attended his primary school in
Blantyre and Mzuzu and grew up in Chitawira and Zolozolo
neighbourhood.
He obtained his MSCE in 1995 at Viphya Private Secondary School.
He also did his tertiary education at
Polytechnic Management Centre, Pact
Malawi and Malawi College of
Accountancy. from 1997 to 2018
He holds the following certificates:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management & interprenurship
-CIM proffesional Marketing
-Diploma in Public Relations
-Certificate in Management
MUSIC CAREER
He started singing when he was young in the house, church choir, school choir and jother groups from 1985 to 1996.
In 1997 he formed the group comprised of three brothers , Lameck, Amos & Chuma (The LAC)
Lameck Soko has been a music cordinator at CityWide Revival Life Church for more than 8 years.
He likes fusing or blending his music with other genres.He believes in Creativity and Innovation.
The artist is also a Marketer by profession who has worked with corporate companies
in Malawi.
His vision is to carry the good news to all the people that are hopeless.
