Maggie Wamkachisi Maurice is a third born daughter in a family of 3 ,They are all girls..Maggie comes from Ndalama village in Dowa district.
She is 44 years of age ..based in Lilongwe .She started music way back in 2010 and she just came with an album titled Mulungu Weni weni and the album was her break through because a good number of people liked it so much and the industry new her through this album.After Mulungu weni weni album she didn’t stopped there but coming up with another album titled watsegula in 2014 ..in this album she featured artist like Evans Meleka,,Kondwan Chirwa just to mention a few.
Maggie has 4 albums,Mulungu Weni weni ,Watsegula,Ndivuukemo and Hymns and also she is working on some singles.All the albums enjoys airplay till now both tv and radios across the country.
Maggie is also a pastor at soul winners church in Lilongwe and the aim is to preach the gospel not only to the members of the church but to many ,,that is why she decided to start music so that others should be preached through it.
Helping less privileged people is her first priority,, in so doing she has an orphanage called defenders group and currently Maggie is a member of copyright society of Malawi (cosoma).
